Pre-arrival

1. Student Pass (STP) Application

You need to apply for a STP at least one month before the start of the semester. You have to submit the applciation on the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) SOLAR website.

2. Vaccination Requirements

Verify that you have the correct number and brand of vaccine doses. You will need to bring your vaccination record once in Singapore.

Join the WhatsApp group here for meetups, Q&A, and support from fellow exchange students. Feel free to ask questions, people are generally very helpful.

You will need to have a Singapore phone number for the STP completion of formalities.

6. COVID-19 Certification

Before the STP completion of formalities, you will need to verify your COVID-19 records with a Joint Testing & Vaccination Centres (JTVC). You can visit any JVTC in Singapore.

Make sure to bring your passport and vaccination records!

NTU will (possibly) organize your STP Completion of Formalities. You will need to bring:

NTU courses registration is pain, make sure to get enough courses approved by NTU and your home university BEFORE course registration starts.

Getting Around

Singapore Metros and Buses

You can use your Apple Pay or any credit card to pay! Make sure to scan when getting on and off.
